Advance Booking Procedures - Returning Guests for 2008 Season

Vacation Properties will make your reservation for the 2008 Chautauqua Season (same unit, same week) while you are here this year. Reservations will be accepted Monday - Friday during your 1st week of residence. This program is subject to contract and owner occupancy schedules received for your unit as of the request date. A deposit and signed lease are required for confirmation. Normal cancellation penalties will apply. As a courtesy, we will note specific requests for properties in the form of a waitlist. Please note, this does not guarantee you a rental property for the next season.
