Deposits and Payment

To confirm your reservation, we will require a deposit plus a non -refundable booking fee (amounts vary by property),optional trip cancellation insurance and security deposit waiver. When reserving, you will receive the inclusive price. Payments may be made by check by phone or fax, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. Summer Season deposits are due with in 10 days of booking or by February 1st. Full and final payment is due by May 1st. For spring/ fall/ winter reservations, the balance is due upon arrival. Off-Season Holiday Rentals, balance is due 14 days prior to arrival and becomes non-refundable.

Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will be mailed a deposit confirmation letter along with our lease agreement. You must sign and return this agreement within 10 days of confirmation, otherwise your reservation is subject to cancellation.
