Change/Cancellation Policy

Summer Season - Written cancellations received by February 1st will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit less the non-refundable booking fee and a $100.00 cancellation penalty. Cancellations received after February 1st will result in the forfeiture of the deposit amount. If the property is rebooked, we will refund the deposit less the non-refundable booking fee and the $100.00 cancellation penalty.

Spring/Fall/Winter- Written cancellations received at least 14 days prior to arrival will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit less the non refundable booking fee and a $50 cancellation penalty. Cancellations received within 14 days of the date of check-in will result in forfeiture of the deposit amount. If the property is rebooked, we will refund the deposit less the non-refundable booking fee and the $50.00 cancellation penalty.
