Frequently Asked Questions

-"Are Linens Provided?" :Yes, Vacation Properties has it's own Housekeeping Dept. that provides each unit with bed linens, bath & hand towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels, and dish cloths. A starting supply of dish soap, bath soap, and paper products are also provided. (Laundry soap provided where applicable).

-"What time is Check-In/Out?" :Check-in time begins at 4:00pm on arrival date. No keys will be given out to properties until the Head Housekeeper has verified that the property is ready for occupancy. Please make your travel plans accordingly. :Check-out time is 10:00am on departure date. We ask your cooperation in respecting this time.

-"What if I plan to arrive after office hours?" :If your plans include an after hours arrival, the lobby area of our office is open 24-hours. Upon arrival, you will see a board with your name on it and a corresponding lettered box. Your lettered box will contain a check-in packet with keys and information for your stay.

-"Do any of your properties allow smoking?" :All of our properties are non-smoking facilities.

-"Can I bring my pet?" :We do have a limited number of rental properties that allow pets. These properties require an extra $225 security deposit ($100 of which is refundable provided there has been no pet damage to the property.
