We are proud members of the Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP), a professional association of vacation rental companies that strives to increase the quality, service level, and professionalism of housekeeping to both rental unit owners and rental guests.

In 2003, Vacation Properties was awarded the prestiges honor of Gold Crown Resort by Resorts Condominiums International (RCI) for the NorthShore at Chautauqua. Judged in 8 different categories, we were recognized as excelling in our housekeeping and the services provided to guests. We have continued to receive this award each year since 2003.
